Jobber systems in RPGs and how I would do them

I got the idea from; source - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OEIB51vojeU

Defining a jobber system

This is where you're doing jobs, doing actions that are mundane day to day stuff but made into a more fun way of doing things.

Mini games

Have mini game systems, different actions/ activities take place where you do actions where you're having to do simple actions from stirring as a baker to finding the correct place to put the book on the book shelf or even mixing potions as a potion maker.

Have the job affect the goods you get

The the idea being the quality of the work your characters do/ produce would come into play, this way like a potion being made as of an S++ rank health potion would give people a +5 to healing or something. That maybe you sell it to one of your party members and questioning if you should cash out on them good or not as an example.

Hell have it where you work as a blacksmith and repair items or get better at improving/ making better gear.

Learning from the jobs

Have it where you can learn from the jobs and get things like getting new spells and make it clear you can learn spells and have it where you learn how to make bread from Cleric's or maybe learn how to restore food and not make it spoil.

Hell maybe have it where working with a hunter or going out hunting helps you learn how to track animals better!

Choosing between money and skill

Have it where your character could take the better paying easy job that you know isn't going to help you at the moment like one of your female allies becoming a, "dancer" and earning huge money! However; she won't be learning a useful skill or not very useful against the kinds of enemies you're going up against as thus making you have to choose what kind of actions/ activities you have to do!

Of course also choosing between raw stat boost like wood cutting making you stronger versus taking a job as an enchanter.

Crime jobs

Have it where the morally questionable characters are found with the crime area and picking up morally evil work and have it where if caught will be thrown in jail but high risk, high reward baby! You get a vast wealth to pick from and everything!

However; the downside being it hurts your chances/ ability to work with others because of your criminals record and as thus making it where you are doing a trade off.

These are only a few ideas I have had just sitting here for the past 4 minutes thinking of stuff. (And yes I did count by the minutes to realize what time it is)
