Kirby Combat Design

 Kirby has enemies with a wide range of ways of hurting/ damaging and this is because you have a game series where a huge number of different attack types, forms, etc. can or would be used but that's not to say x or y form having a better power over one or another.

The end of the day you have it where the abilities and characters are given more power with the limited tools in hand for the given system. This causes a number of design issues for more niche games but Kirby works for a wider audience because of this design.
